Catalina Island Inn, Avalon

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The rooms were completely upgraded to a modern decor, with a Queen Bed which was very comfortable. They were surface cleaned, but I felt they needed a deep clean badly. The service was on point, staff was trained in how to treat clients even if service was lacking, housekeeping was excellent. The location was perfect, down on the beach, close to all restaurants, and near many walkable attractions. The dining was included, and the pad thai was delicious. The facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great value for money with some minor areas that could use improvement.
